To enter the Ernie Ball Vans Warped Tour Battle of the Bands, bands must complete a short informational profile and then upload at least one MP3 or video file to the profile. Each band may upload as many files as it desires, but must designate only one MP3 or video file to be considered for the competition. Any additional files that a band uploads will reside on the band's backstage page. Artists can also upload videos to help show fans why they should win one of the four slots to play live on the summer's largest lifestyle music festival!

Entrants should use the widgets provided in their account manager, to promote their entry all over the web and drive fans to vote. Fans can also grab the "Spread the Word" banner from their favorite artist's Backstage and embed it on other sites to help promote.

The top 100 bands receiving the most votes in each venue will advance to the next round of competition. The top 100 bands will be reviewed by a panel of industry professionals composed of our partners, Warped Tour organizers, and Ernie Ball Inc. Four artists will be chosen to perform live on the Ernie Ball Stage.

The winning artists earn the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform on the Ernie Ball Stage of the 2009 Vans Warped Tour. The winning bands will play live in their hometown venue in front of thousands of fans alongside main stage headliners and Ernie Ball headlining artists In This Moment, Madina Lake, Aiden and more.

One band will be eligible to win the ULTIMATE GRAND PRIZE:
